Customer: What about the after-sale service?
Answer: Guarantee period is 12 months, after the warranty, we also provide life-long paid repair or
service. however during the one year Guarantee period if there is any problem with the instrument, we
shall try and solve the same on E-mail or seeing the Videos, or communicate online to find the solutions ,
however if the problem is not solved, we shall send spare parts free of cost and bear internal freight
charges in China as well as International freight charges.

Customer: What about the delivery date?
Answer: Usually we offer two weeks after order confirmed and payment received, and we can also
accept urgent order for prompt shipment.

Customer:What about the transportation?
Answer: It depends on your requirement. We can delivery by air to your airport, or by sea to your seaport, and
we can also delivery to your office address by express courier, and we also accept to co-operate with your
ship agent or forwarder.

Customer: What about the package?
Answer: Usually we offer ply-wooden cases free Fumigation, or multilayer carton boxes, inner with plastic
film wrapped, we will offer package pictures for customer reference before delivery out.

Customer: What about the M.O.Q?
Answer: Usually we do not have M.O.Q, we can offer even only 1 unit, while, you are welcome to order in
bulk, and we are quite pleasure to offer pleasant outstanding discount.

Customer: Can you accept OEM?
Answer: Yes, we can accept OEM, manufacture according to your request, label you logo or offer
